Hi, I'm Lynsey!
My journey with running started over a decade ago, and it's completely transformed my life. From my first hesitant 5K to completing multiple marathons, I've experienced the highs, lows, and incredible breakthroughs that come with this sport.
That journey inspired me to become a coach. I wanted to share the knowledge I've gained and help others discover their own strength, resilience, and joy through running. I'm not just a coach; I'm your biggest cheerleader.
My goal is to make quality coaching accessible to everyone, not just elite athletes. I'm here to build a plan that fits your life, your schedule, and your unique potential.
